Born and raised in Lethbridge, I grew up a multi-sport athlete but excelled in soccer and played with Team Alberta before competing at the collegiate level. During my years as an athlete, I experienced plenty of injuries, which ignited a passion for the human body and its ability to heal and recover.
In 2020, I graduated from Vancouver Island University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and an interest in injury rehabilitation. I decided to follow my interest and continued my education at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, where I graduated in 2023 with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. During my time at Palmer, I was elected to the Sports Council, where I expanded my knowledge and gained experience and skills in sport rehabilitation.
I take a collaborative approach to care and enjoy working with other healthcare professionals to ensure my patients reach their goals. I combine the manual techniques and knowledge I have acquired through my education and continuing education courses to provide my patients with a tailored treatment plan that is patient-centered. Outside of the clinic, you will find me in the gym, running, or exploring the outdoors with my dog, Murphy.
