I grew up in Sherwood Park but my passion for soccer led me to Ball State University in Indiana where I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with academic distinction. While at Ball State, I played four seasons of NCAA Division I soccer and I was named to the Academic All-MAC Team in three of those seasons. I completed my student practicum at The Bridge where I witnessed how strongly the team values community focused culture, collaboration, and client empowerment. It confirmed to me that this is exactly the kind of environment I want to be a part of.
Throughout my career, my training often emphasized functional movement, injury prevention, and learning how to move well. These foundations helped me perform at a high level while staying injury-free, and sparked my passion for performance training, rehab, and helping others move well too. I hope to combine my experience and knowledge to support each client in reaching their goals whether that’s returning to sport, improving performance, or moving through life with confidence. I strive to create an environment grounded in trust, connection, and individualized progress.
When I’m not in the clinic or on the soccer field, you’ll find me running, hiking, playing tennis, snowboarding, competitively playing board games, or cracking jokes with friends!
I’m excited for the opportunity to help you reach your goals and have some fun while doing it!
