I completed my Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Prior to that, I earned a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan, where I also competed as a pole vaulter with the varsity track and field team. It was during my time as a varsity athlete that I discovered how physiotherapy could help during and after injuries, while also optimizing biomechanics to improve performance.
I bring that same approach to my practice. I aim to help you recover from your injury while ensuring you are moving and performing at your best for your desired activities. Whether you’re an ultimate weekend warrior or hoping to keep up with your grandkids, my approach is to create a partnership where we can decide on the best plan together. My practice incorporates a mix of evidence-guided strength and conditioning principles, education, and manual therapy.
Outside of the clinic, I try to stay active with family adventures, fitting in running, cycling, and Olympic weightlifting.
