Raised in Edmonton, I’ve been actively engaged in sports from a young age. My early involvement in dance introduced me to the world of fitness and nutrition, sparking a passion for enhancing performance. This passion led me on a continuous search for optimal strategies to achieve my goals, ultimately guiding me toward a career in nutrition.
I graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Services, specializing in Dietetics. During my studies, I had the opportunity to work with the University of Alberta Pandas Hockey Team and minor hockey teams, providing nutrition education sessions to athletes. After graduation, I spent two years working as a clinical dietitian in an acute care setting, which broadened my expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Driven by a desire to build deeper connections with patients and witness their progress firsthand, I transitioned to my current role as a corporate and performance dietitian.
I am deeply committed to advancing my knowledge in performance nutrition and am currently pursuing a diploma in Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee. This ensures I stay up to date with the latest nutrition research and continue to implement evidence-based approaches in my practice.
My goal is to collaborate with clients to harness the power of nutrition through practical solutions, equipping them with the tools needed to navigate the complex world of nutrition and food effectively. Outside of work, I love traveling and spending time outdoors, whether through recreational sports, camping, or hiking. You can always find me taking on a new adventure in my spare time!
