Raised in Edmonton, I’ve been actively engaged in sports from a young age. I graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science, specializing in Dietetics. Since then, I’ve worked across acute care, outpatient counselling, and sport nutrition, supporting athletes of all ages and sport backgrounds in optimizing performance, recovery, and overall health.
I am deeply committed to advancing my knowledge in performance nutrition and am currently pursuing a diploma in Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee. I also have expertise in the areas of digestive health and women’s health, including nutrition support for pregnancy (nutrient needs, healthy fetal development, food safety, and digestion), postpartum and lactation, and menopause.
My goal is to collaborate with clients to harness the power of nutrition through practical solutions, providing the tools needed to navigate the complex world of nutrition and food effectively. Outside of work, I love traveling and spending time outdoors, whether it be through recreational sports, camping, or hiking. You can always find me taking on a new adventure in my spare time!
