Biography

My love for all things sport led me to the University of Alberta where I graduated with my Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, specializing in physical activity and health in 2024. I am in the process of becoming a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.

Growing up playing competitive Ringette and Team Alberta Lacrosse allowed me the opportunity to train for optimal performance in various settings, and become a leader in two unique team environments.

While completing my student practical experience at the Bridge Sherwood Park, I quickly realized that the collaborative and community centred environment was where I wanted to pursue my career as a coach. My passion and curiosity for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning compliments my ability to build connection & community with individuals of different ages, ability, and backgrounds in physical activity.

I look forward to helping & empowering you to achieve your health and fitness goals. When I’m not in the clinic you can find me hiking, camping, snowboarding, golfing, and chasing all things adventure with my husband and dog.
