I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2021 at the University of Regina and my Masters of Physical Therapy in 2023 from the University of Saskatchewan. I had the privilege of playing varsity volleyball for both the Cougar and Huskies Women’s Volleyball teams during my respective time at each university.
My interest in physical therapy began as a young athlete as I was receiving treatment for my own injuries. Throughout my time as a student athlete studying kinesiology, this interest grew and I also discovered my passion for strength and conditioning. During my final year of my kinesiology degree I was a member of the strength and conditioning team at the University of Regina, training the varsity football and basketball teams before going on to pursue my education in physical therapy.
I am passionate about helping people return to the activities they love and achieve their fitness and performance goals by using a client-centered, collaborative, and active treatment approach. I believe in using education, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise to empower individuals in achieving full function in sport and daily life.
Outside of the clinic you can find me at the gym, playing volleyball and tennis, skiing, hiking, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends.
