I believe physiotherapy is about reintroducing optimal movement into people’s lives. The many tools in my belt allow me to guide clients along their rehabilitation journey, working with them to manage pain and create a more resilient, adaptable body.
Before obtaining my Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, I completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of amateur and professional teams, including Golden Bears Volleyball, Golden Bears Hockey, FC Edmonton, and the Edmonton Stingers. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of sport-related injuries and their performance demands.
My treatment approach combines exercise therapy, manual therapy, and dry needling.
I also offer running assessments using video analysis to provide targeted feedback and personalized programming, as well as TPI-certified golf assessments that connect your unique body mechanics to your swing style, whether the goal is to reduce pain or improve speed and consistency.
I have a special interest in working with runners, golfers, volleyball players, and field athletes.
