I believe physiotherapy is about reintroducing optimal movement in people's lives. The many tools in my belt allow me to guide clients along their rehabilitation journey, working with them to manage pain and create a more resilient, adaptable body.
Before obtaining my Master's Degree in Physiotherapy, I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta. During my time in the faculty of Kinesiology, I had the opportunity to work with Golden Bears Athletics, spending seasons managing injuries for the Golden Bears Volleyball and Hockey teams. I also have rehab experience with FC Edmonton and the Edmonton Stingers, giving me a wide understanding of sporting injuries.
But if you ask me, I don't think you need to be an elite athlete to receive elite-level care. I love utilizing my skills in biomechanics and adapting them to help people with the little things; walking your dog, reaching the top shelf, or sometimes just getting through your day. Let's work together and create your comeback.
