Goals

The purpose of this one day course is to improve your confidence in both assessing and treating patients with ACL knee injuries and surgeries. Learn practical knee assessment skills as well as our KNEEFIT, criterion based ACL protocol with step by step guidelines for you to use managing both surgical and non surgical ACL injuries, from initial injury to return to full activity and sport.

Assessment

Develop confidence in evaluating ACL injuries and post-surgical knees using practical, hands-on assessment techniques. Learn how to identify key clinical markers, assess functional movement, and gather the critical data needed to create effective treatment plans. This section ensures you have a solid foundation to start every patient’s ACL rehab journey.

Rehabilitation

Get an in-depth look at our KNEEFIT Criterion-Based Protocol, a progressive framework for managing ACL recovery step by step. From early-stage pain management and mobility work to advanced strength and neuromuscular training, this section equips you to guide patients seamlessly through every phase of their rehabilitation.

Return-to-Sport

Master the final and most critical stage of ACL recovery: safely transitioning patients back to full activity and sport. Learn how to apply objective testing, performance benchmarks, and sport-specific progressions to ensure a confident return to play, minimizing re-injury risk and maximizing long-term success.
