Build confidence in evaluating lumbar spine conditions with a hands-on approach to assessment techniques. This session will focus on identifying key clinical markers for low back dysfunction and assessing movement patterns to uncover contributing factors to pain and dysfunction. You’ll also explore how to synthesize findings into a structured and effective treatment plan.
Refine your manual therapy skills with a deep dive into evidence-based techniques for treating the lumbar spine. Learn and practice mobilizations, manipulations, and soft tissue techniques aimed at restoring function, relieving pain, and enhancing mobility. This session will emphasize the integration of manual therapy within a holistic treatment framework.
Bridge the gap between manual therapy and long-term recovery by mastering exercise interventions that complement your treatments. You’ll gain practical strategies for prescribing mobility, stability, and strength exercises that address the root cause of dysfunction and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery.
