Time: Tuesday & Thursday
Girls (U14–U18) 3–4PM

Delivery: In-person, group training sessions (10 maximum per session)
Coach: Led by Coach André de Lacerda, experienced volleyball and performance coach
Program Outline
• Explosive Strength and Jump Power – Build total body strength and improve your vertical jump for higher blocks, stronger spikes, and faster movements on the court.
• Rotational Core Strength – Develop a strong and stable core to add power to your attacks, serves, and quick changes of direction.
• Dynamic Movement and Agility – Improve your speed, balance, and coordination with drills that help you cover the court faster and react quicker during games.
• Injury Prevention and Joint Stability – Strengthen your ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders with exercises that help prevent common volleyball injuries and keep you healthy all season.
• Individual Testing and Progress Tracking – Use VALD Force Plate and Force Frame technology to measure your strength, power, and balance. Get a personalized plan that focuses on your goals and tracks your improvements over time.
